Previously: Sourcing and Supplier Management Director of Maquet Critical Care AB 2012-2014, Purchasing Director of Scania CV AB 2003-2011. Chairman of the Board of NeoDynamics AB.

Markus Strand

Currently: CEO of Garpco AB. Chairman/Member of the Board in the Garpco Group Subsidiaries. Chairman of the Board of Idevia AB.

Previously: R&D Manager of kitchen ventilation systems within the Electrolux Group 1995-2000. CEO of Swedex AB 2000-2011. Deputy CEO of Garpco AB 2007-2011. Member of the Board of 3Dialog AB.

Share Holding: 52 000 class A shares and 87 663 class B shares (company-owned), plus 40 class B shares (personally owned).

Harriet Lidh

Currently: Member of the Board of Lidhs Förvaltning AB, Lidhs Tooling AB, Lideco AB, Precomp Solutions AB, Sparbanken Tranemo, Stiftelsen Sparbanken Tranemo and Tillväxt Tranemo. Chairman of the election committee of Svensk Industriförening and Östra Kinds Elkraft.

Previously: CEO of Lidhs Verktyg AB 1996-2017. CEO of Swepart Verktyg AB 2014-2017. Business Adviser ALMI Företagspartner i Jönköping 2018-2023. Lars Kvarnsund

Currently: Chairman of the board in Zinkteknik Group AB and Jansson Industri AB. Member of the board in ITAB Shop Concept AB (publ), Ferroamp AB (publ), United Power AB and Novedo Holding AB.

Previously: Senior positions in various international industrial companies, most recently as CEO for Gunnar Johansson Gruppen AB and Gnosjö Konstsmide AB. CFO and Business Area Manager during 19 years in GARO AB (publ).
